The Licensing Unit Delhi Police is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organisation that deals with the licensing of – Arms , Explosives , Hotels , Restaurants , Cinema , Press , Auditoriums , Amusement Parks , Performance Licenses etc. Our Motto is “Citizens First”. We are singularly dedicated to the mission of providing prompt and quality service to all. This organisation thrives on the regular feedback received from the public and today we are standing at a customer satisfaction level of over 85%. The culture of the organisation is reflected in the fact that based on the feedback received from the public the licensing branch has made fundamental infrastructural improvements in order to reach out to the public viz – creating a new inquiry counter for facilitating the public and dissemination of information, opening of a new public lounge to ensure transparent public dealing.
